  • The shipping company options depend on what country is the delivery address in.
  • Matkahuolto - Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • Posti - Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • PostNord -  Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • UPS -  Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

    Processing Time:

    • All orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

      Estimated Delivery Time:

      • The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.

      Order Tracking:

      • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

      Shipping Costs:

      • Shipping costs are determined by your location. The exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

      Customs and Import Duties:

      Return Policy

      14-Day Return Guarantee:

      • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.

      Return Process:

      • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via contact form. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
      • Please package the item(s) securely and include the return authorization number with the return shipment.
      • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
      • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

      Peak Design:

      • Official Peak Design Lifetime Warranty will not apply to
        Anchor Links that are purchased with Arch Appearance straps. Peak Design is also not responsible for any issues a customer has with a 3rd party strap, purchased with Peak Design Anchor Links.
